It's my new Journey for my dream
29th of Aug, this is memorial day for me. It's the first day for me to drive motorcycle alone!!! I woke up and I went to my host family house (next to my new house) to eat lunch and after that the sister and we decided to go to "Sea in Suvannakhet" called Bunwa. Then I asked her to drive motorcycle to there. She taught me basic driving info and we started.

In the last 5 days we got really heavy raining, so this Sea has bigger amount of water than before. Look at this below picture, Normally we sit down and enjoy in the house, but it's already under the Sea. But because of that heavy raining, this place is much more beautiful.
Come and visit to Suvannakhet, if we try to find secret place, Suvannakhet can be one of your choice.
The Right one is Tommy(Tom) and The left one is Jury. They have two kids =). Every day when I go to Office, they come to me and do welcoming me. Most of the bogs in Suvannakhet are really dangerous, but this two are my best friends.
Our Driver gave them to me a few days ago, suddenly he came and he put them on my desk, at first I thought it's not insect, but actually it is. The size and shape is like Peter in Thailand, and color is really nice. But I couldn't get it what I have to do with them... take care of them like my baby or what... But my friends catch them and put them on many things such as laptop, my friends did it like for decorating their desk.
This can be one of the biggest different sense between them and me....
Do you know what is it?? I found two weeks ago. He(or she) was very shy to me, so at the time he hided and didn't show me his face, gave me beautiful voice. But everyday I tried to approach him, so finally he came to show me his face. I'm thinking of him name now... Anyway I stay with him in a same room everyday.
Desk location change Desk location is really important for me. Before changing the desk location, local staffs (Xiang and Phat) and I couldn't communicate easily, because we we didn't sit in the place we can see each other. And I think to work together well, communication is one of the most important things. you can see the picture before and after. how nice after is.
Coffee Break at 3:15 People here are really hard workers. we have to work from 8AM until 6PM, but except 1 hour and half lunch time, they keep working working working... I know, I can concentrate for a long, but I think normal people can concentrate for 2,3 hours. Then I though we should have break time (it's not for my benefit, but it's for our Project benefit na, hahaha). Just before, we bought speaker for office, so why not we listen to music, hahaha. In fact, people here are like Thai people, break time is happy time for them, and we could talk more in this time, hahaha. can't wait for the time coming, =) Office News for local staffs Communication is important, but there are so many kind of communications. One of the most important things in communication is accountability and information sharing. Basically to work together well, if we don't know what I will do and what they will do, it means we work individually, not work together. So I also wanna make environment that we can know what we are doing. And now I started to share next two weeks schedule of the other members for the local members by Email Office News in funny way(if it's not funny, they don't read).
Communication is important for work and for our life.
Working people has the biggest possibility to be the best friends,
like it was in AIESEC.
I wish it would be here, too.
Business Trip at Vientiane This week, I went to Vientiane for my first business trip for ODOP. I had to register my name under a bank to be able to windrow money as finance and accounting person in ODOP Project and market research of the handicraft product as product promoter. (So far job descriptions for me are finance and accounting, one of Promotion members and local staff management.)
Culture Shocked in Vientiane… “Vientiane is really big city”. This was 6 times for me to stay at Vientiane. Every time except this time, I felt Vientiane has nothing to do, such a small and slow city and didn’t have car. But this time I felt totally opposite, because I came there not from BKK but from Suvannakhet, which is much smaller city. Even I felt my heart beating faster when I got to Vientiane, hahaha. Actually now Vientiane has Fake KFC, Pizza hat, Sweet Cream, Mini mart, night crab and so on. And even sometimes we had traffic jam as well. Anyway, I was a little bit afraid of the time when I went back to BKK or Tokyo. How much I would get culture shock, 555.
Reports of Mekong River in Vientiane… The first time I came and saw the river in Vientiane Oct 2009. I have a special memory for the river. It is because the beauty and bigness impressed me a lot, and moreover I saw it with my best friends from Thailand. Every time when I saw this river, it reminds me of the precious memory.But one the same time, I was feeling sad, coz Mekong river here has been being constructed into smaller and smaller. They are making park by the river, looks beautiful. But still for me I felt sad coz my memorial place is changing.
We are trying to change our world, society or maybe everything.
But I believe that there are some things that shouldn’t be changed.
Coz they themselves are already one of the best shape.
Problem is our perspective to the objects.
Stop for a while and think of the actual and in visual values they already had before we change something.
